NEW Susan Lichter Jury Prize
The Coolidge Corner Arts Festival is pleased to continue the 2010 Susan Lichter Jury Prize in memory of our beloved committee member. The jury will select an artist whose work best exemplifies the highest level of both art and craft as well as embodies Susan's spirit. Work by the winning artist will be featured on all 2010 promotional materials and on the festival website. The award recipient will be selected among the applications received by the February 15th deadline.

CCAF Posters & Postcards
We may have retained a small number of slides to use for promotional purposes and those will be returned at a later date.  Promotional postcards and/or posters,  booth assignments, parking permits and maps will be mailed to you under separate cover. 

Date of Festival
The event begins at 10 am and runs until 6 pm.  All artists should arrive by 9 am to allow for adequate time for last minute preparation and are expected to remain until 6 pm.  Dismantling of booths/displays prior to 6 pm may disqualify you from future festival invitations.  Booth numbers will be marked in chalk on the sidewalk.  You may park on the street or driveway ONLY for unloading and loading.  Remember, keep the best parking spaces open for your shoppers!  

Policies
We ask that all artists represented at local galleries keep their pricing consistent with retail prices in those locations.  In addition, we insist that all “seconds” be marked as such.
